PAO Engagement Sessions
To facilitate the implementation of the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) and the introduction of regulations for Emergency Ambulance Services (EAS) and Medical Transport Services (MTS) under the HCSA, the Ministry of Health (MOH) and UPEC have held multiple engagement sessions with Private Ambulance Operators (PAOs). These sessions were aimed at sharing the ambulance regulatory framework under the HCSA and gathering feedback from the PAOs.
